Importing colours from Freehand doc or EPS into Indesign?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to bring a load of cmyk colours
defined in Fh docs over into ID CS without having to redefine all from
scratch.

I tried the clipboard but they come in either as rgb or ID displays an
'undefined eps error' - FH's clipboard preference has Illustrator format
checked.

Exported the FH file as .eps, and sampled with the eyedropper but again
I got rgb values. Selecting "add unnamed colors" does nothing either.

Same goes for PDF export.

One thing that really annoys me is that you apparently can't drag a
sampled colour over to the swatches palette like in FH.

Is there like a colour library exchange format or some other magic that
might be helpful here?
