Hi
New here but am on my last hope someone can help with my problem.
I've done this countless times before but for some weird reason it's not working now.
I've switched on and off my mac a couple of times now and the problem still persists.
I am exporting an image from Freehand to Photoshop.
I want the layers in the image so I am clicking on "include layers".
When the image exports to PS it's transparent and the black is missing from it.
I've been scratching my head here trying to fathom it out but can't see what is going wrong.
I've tried exporting old files, new ones and none work.
I need to get to the bottom of this quick as I am providing files in PS for a client and right now it's not happening.
I can however see the file perfectly well once exported if I don't include layers...but I need the layers!
Anyone any ideas?
Oh and I am in process of trying to teach myself Illustrator cos my agent is forcing me to basically.
