How do I resize a vector illustration in Freehand

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me. I downloaded a vector illustration (that I paid for), into Freehand and I am struggling to understand how I resize the illustration in Freehand to A5.

Can someone help me? I'm not a major user of the software and I've managed to do other things with the illustration (like re-colour), but for some reason I just dont understand the help when discussing how to resize.
