My old PC finial dead about a year ago, so I upgraded to a Windows Vista platform... (was using a Win 98)... I just got a project that required my Freehand software, so I loaded it three days ago...
I believe the software loaded ok, but I can not get past the Opening/Modal Screen...
I used the updater 8.0 to 8.0.1b updater thinking that might help/fix this issue, but it has gone unchanged...
Is there a bypass/work-around to get beyond this screen... When I press the Enter key - the background (parent screen) becomes interactive but the Modal blocks most of my scrren and I can't move it... It even blocks the view of any other window I open...
Any ideas, please... I was hoping to finish two drawing today, but not if when I can't see the screen...
