Clipping path EPS won't import properly

I have a photo of a dog, selected the area around its head, saved as a clipping path EPS file in Photoshop CS. When I import it into InDesign CS, it works fine. The background is gone. Just the head shows.

BUT When I import it into FH11, the image is blank. Only the 4 tiny blue boxes at each corner of the image are visible. It shows as an EPS file in the Document palette. It shows a picture box in the Keyline mode. But no dog's head is visible

When I save the Photoshop image as an EPS, I tried "Save as Halftone", "Transfer Function" etc. No difference.

What little glitch am I missing? I never had this issue before!
