well, I'm pretty certain it's not a font as I can change the
font yet it doesn't effect the type. I CAN NOT recreate it except
to copy and paste it with in freehand. If I take it to another
program it doesn't work and I still can't figure out what it is.
It loooks like Zapf Dingbat symbols that are helvetica cond inside a filled circle. yet I can asign it to any font I want and it does not change appearance. I can type before or after it and what ever new that I type changes when I change the font.
If I copy and paste into another program that dingbats in question show up as • (option-8 dots).
I can't figure if this is some sort of style that is applied to a text or if this is something held over from an old version of freehand that is now corrupted andI can't do anything with it. they are the numbers 1-7. If Ican recreate it with any number I need it would be benificial, but I can't figure it out for the life of me. I've copied it into it's own document and I'm up for sending it to anyone who would like to investigate it.
Originally this came from freehand 7 I believe.
