Freehand External Editor

Is it possible to have Photoshop CS2 as an external editor in Freehand 10? Preferably in a Mac Intel system running 10.4.8? Currently, when I try to make it an external editor, the Photoshop CS2 icon/link is greyed out and I cannot choose it. Any help will be appreciated!!!
