Round corners in FH

You complained in another thread that FH can't round corners.

It's possible to round both inner and outer angles of closed irregular
paths, including composite paths, if you apply the Inset Path Xtra four
times.

Example is for a 4-point corner radius. Use rounded caps and joins for all
steps:
1. Inset path -4
2. Inset path 4
3. Inset path 4
4. Inset path -4
