Print Error - printing to pdf

When I export or print to a pdf from freehand from one of my files I get the following error message and the print doesn't complete.. I can print other almost identical files without any problem and I can print this file to a normal (non postscript though) printer without any bother. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and how I can solve it? Thank-you!
